These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and bpxeah ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bpxeah.net.

By creating a bpxeah account, accessing any game, placing any bet, making any deposit or withdrawal, or otherwise using any feature of the bpxeah platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. These terms apply to all players accessing bpxeah regardless of the device used (desktop, mobile browser, or any future application) and regardless of the payment method employed, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT, or Bitcoin.

To register and maintain a bpxeah account, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. bpxeah enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with international responsible gaming standards. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from using any bpxeah service.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

You may register only one account on bpxeah. The registration of multiple accounts by one individual — for any purpose — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. bpxeah employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submitting false or misleading information is a ground for immediate account termination. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpxeah login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. bpxeah will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.

bpxeah accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank wire transfer, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin (BEP-20 and ERC-20). Minimum deposit is PKR 500 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency). The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 (or equivalent). bpxeah does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, though blockchain network fees for cryptocurrency withdrawals may apply.

All funds deposited into your bpxeah account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML investigation, during which withdrawals will be suspended.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC clearance.
• USDT withdrawals via TRC-20 typically complete within 10 minutes of processing.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 4 hours during business hours.
• bpxeah reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts with unusual transaction patterns.

bpxeah offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional terms specific to each promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have successfully completed account registration and, where required, initial KYC verification.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from wagering bonus funds, once wagering requirements are met, are withdrawable.
• bpxeah reserves the right to cap winnings derived from free spin or free bet bonuses at a maximum amount, as specified in each promotion.

• bpxeah reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any wagering requirements already in progress will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

All bets placed on the bpxeah sportsbook and all gameplay on bpxeah casino games are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the platform. General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity are as follows:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player, except where an in-play cash-out option is offered and exercised.
• bpxeah reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, where the error is material and would not have been accepted under normal circumstances.
• In the event of a technical error during any casino game session (including server failure, disconnection, or software fault), bpxeah's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the game round at the point of failure. Where a fair determination cannot be made, the bet will be voided and the original stake returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bpxeah platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, error, or technical vulnerability in the bpxeah platform for financial gain.
• Providing false identity information, forged documents, or impersonating another person during KYC verification.
• Using the bpxeah platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on your bpxeah account without first contacting support to resolve the matter.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bpxeah employees, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's bpxeah account without their authorisation.

bpxeah is deeply committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling-related harm. The platform provides a range of tools accessible from your account settings to help you manage your gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your bpxeah account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time you have spent on the platform during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or bet.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bpxeah platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the bpxeah platform without the express prior written consent of bpxeah.

The bpxeah name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Your use of the bpxeah platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, process, and protect your personal data. By using bpxeah, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bpxeah collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, comply with AML obligations, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and our internal data retention policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpxeah, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own negligence, including failure to secure your login credentials.
• Losses arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures not within the direct control of bpxeah.
• Losses arising from the use of incorrect cryptocurrency wallet addresses provided by you during withdrawals.
• Any loss arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, statistics, or data displayed on the platform for betting purposes.

bpxeah reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Operating multiple accounts on the platform.
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Any other circumstance in which bpxeah determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, subject to the Company's investigation findings. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your own bpxeah account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course, provided KYC is complete.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpxeah holds its international online gaming licence. By agreeing to these terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the channels described below.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of bpxeah — including disputes relating to bet settlement, account closure, payment processing, or bonus terms — you must first contact bpxeah's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution informally. bpxeah will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by bpxeah's licensing authority. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this limitation period will be barred.
